I had written about the Thanks Tail (which got picked up by RocketBoom btw) as a quirky invention unique to the Japanese market.
Today I see that the concept has been updated for Europe with the Drivemocion which comes with a remote that you can program with a series of messages including "thanks" and a sad face.
